Watch 2008-Watch Exhibition in the Netherlands

The 2 day watch fair for independent watchmakers, Watch 2008, will be held in Maastricht, the Netherlands on the weekend of the 6th and 7th of December. While not the largest exhibition on the circuit, Watch 2008 can certainly boast one of the grandest settings. The event will take place in Castle De Hoogenweerth a picturesque mansion situated on a peninsula on the banks of the river Maas, close to both the German and Belgian borders.

PRODEX 2008-Watch Exhibition in Switzerland

PRODEX ‘08 will be getting underway at the exhibition centre in Basel, Switzerland this November. Although the exhibits themselves are held by manufacturers and dealers in machine tools the exhibition is an important one in the calendar for many watch manufacturers as it here that they come together with those who make their machinery and fine production tools.
The biannual event hosts over 300 exhibitors and is attended by over 25,000 people involved in areas ranging from mechanical engineering, electronic and medical technology and of course many from the watch making industry.
