Global Watch Market is an independent business and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Casio or any other watch manufacturer unless specifically stated.

2. Vintage and Pre-Owned Watches

Many of the watches sold by Global Watch Market are vintage, pre-owned or collectible items.

Due to their age, watches may show signs of previous use, ageing, wear or cosmetic imperfections. We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph each watch accurately and to disclose significant known imperfections.

Please review the photographs and description carefully before purchasing.

The age of vintage watches means that we cannot guarantee the same performance, water resistance, accuracy or durability that would be expected from a new watch unless specifically stated in the product description.

3. Authenticity

We carefully examine the watches we offer and make every reasonable effort to accurately identify and describe them.

Any replacement, restored or non-original components known to us will be disclosed where appropriate.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Delivery charges are shown separately where applicable.

For international orders, import duties, customs charges, local taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country are not included in our prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Orders

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• an item has already been sold;

• there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;

• payment cannot be verified; or

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount paid will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.

Payment information is processed through the payment services available through our Shopify store. Global Watch Market does not directly store complete payment-card details.

7. Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.

UK and international orders are shipped using Royal Mail, with an appropriate service selected according to the destination and order.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal services, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for checking any import requirements that apply in their country.

Customs duties, import VAT, taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by local authorities or delivery organisations are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless expressly stated.

Customs clearance may delay delivery.

9. Cancellations and Returns

Consumers may have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within the applicable cancellation period.

10. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
